Product Shipments

afoipitsikali.gr serves customers from and throughout Greece. Orders are sent exclusively through the courier company "ACS courier". Orders are shipped depending on product availability usually in 2-7 business days. In the event that the order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we are obliged to contact you in order to let us know if you wish to continue and complete it.

Product Prices

All prices presented on our websites include VAT. 23%. These prices refer to the products and quantities available in our warehouse, while afoipitsikali.gr reserves the right to adjust these prices. For certain regions of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed under the reduced VAT.

Applicable Law

All transactions you carry out through afoipitsikali.gr are governed and protected by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.
